Cha Pi

Rosé
Pet Nat

PRODUCTION

Pét Nat indicates a category of “natural” wines also defined as “ancestral” because, just like in the very first sparkling wines, at the end of the refermentation the yeasts remain in the bottle.

TASTING NOTES

CHA PI is a wine born from the blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the two grape varieties from which the name originates.
The RITUAL of turning the bottle upside down allows the noblest part of the yeasts adhering to the bottom of the bottle to mix together enriching the taste of the wine.
They are refreshing and joyfull wines whose sediment makes the product turbit.

GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS

It represents the attention of the winery towards consumers who are more sensitive to natural wines.
Excellent with fish, especially raw fish and Oriental cuisine. You can also give it a try with fresh goat cheese.
