Our concept of hospitality expresses all the passion that we nourish for our work: this is why we try to “conquer” our visitors with all the “sentiment” that inspires our lives.
The new tasting room overhanging the vineyards was built in 2018. This glass and steel structure is used to accommodate visitors who come to taste our wines and is set in a privileged position surrounded by the most stunning scenery.
A tour of the estate is based on a fascinating itinerary, beginning with a first introduction to the surrounding area, where you can admire our heroic vineyards and Mediterranean scrub woods, and then moving on to the vinification cellar, where the wines are made.
The next area hosts two very important operations in the processing of Traditional Method Sparkling Wine: drawing off and disgorging.
The evocative Infernot dug into the tuff and dating back to 1750 houses the Reserves, which rest in this magical atmosphere for at least 10 years.
The tasting takes place in our panoramic terrace over the vineyards to enhance wine tastings in a breathtakingly beautiful “suspended” atmosphere.
It provides a tour to the winery, the production and vinification departments, a view to the storage where the Metodo Classico matures for years, a visit into the old Cave dated 1750, the small museum.
A family story, a glance to the future. A tasting of 5 typologies of wines will follow. A Spumante Charmat-Martinotti Method, a still wine, two Spumanti Traditional Method and the Moscato d’Asti Docg. A visual, olfactory, gustative experience to discover the best expressions of the grape varieties which reflect our production philosophy. We’ll welcome you in the tasting room overhanging the vineyards all around to feel the emotion to drink what is surrounding the winery.
Duration: 1 hour and half.

We present you the highest range of the production, soul and spirit of the Galliano Family, the strong and deeper Belief, the ideal in which we trusted and we struggled since the beginning of our challenge to a Terroir – a difficult, steep and rough land. We’ll present you all the typologies of the Metodo Classico produced from Pinot Nero, Riesling and Chardonnay grape, both in varietal purity or in assemblage, the Moscato d’Asti Docg and Loazzolo Late Harvest among the smallest Doc in Italy.
Duration: 2 hours.

The slow flow of time is expressed in years of maturation in the bottle. Riserva Giuseppe Galliano 2009 matured on lees for 140 months. This third typology of tasting compares the different vintages of a sensational and impressive wine which reveals all its strength, power and mighty character with the passing years. The tasting picture is extended with a plurimillesimé, a Cuvée gathering 6 different vintages together assembled into e single wine, chardonnay in purity and pas dosé. Ending with the Loazzolo late harvest, the result of a surmaturation of the grapes on the vine, among the smallest DOC in Italy
Duration: 2 hours.
